InboxMate is a button right inside your Outlook. Draft replies or write brand new emails without leaving your inbox, and you stay in full control of everything that gets sent.
Open the InboxMate add-in
Click the InboxMate button in Outlook. To reply, open the email first. To write a new one, just start a message.

For a new email, add a few key points. For a reply, InboxMate reads the message for you. Then hit generate.
Pick a tone
Get a full email in seconds. Not quite right? Tap Professional, Friendly or Short and it rewrites instantly.

InboxMate has a one-off setup fee of £500, then ongoing management from £97 per user per month. An Email Efficiency Check is also available, and it’s waived if you go ahead with setup.
How long does it take to set up InboxMate?
Most setups are done within a few working days, depending on your current email setup and any custom requirements. We keep it simple and minimise disruption.
