How long does migrating to Microsoft 365 take?
Most small business migrations take a few days from start to finish, depending on how much data needs moving and how many mailboxes are involved. We plan it so your team isn't without email at any point.
Will we lose any emails during the move?
No. Every mailbox, folder, and piece of history is migrated across before anything is switched over, and we verify it's all there before considering the move complete.
Does Microsoft 365 back up our emails automatically?
Not in the way most people assume. Microsoft provides high availability, not a true backup, so a deleted or corrupted mailbox isn't automatically recoverable without proper backup in place, which we set up as part of the migration.
What if we're already on Microsoft 365 but it's not set up properly?
That's a common situation. We can audit an existing setup and fix deliverability, security, and licensing issues without a full migration being necessary.
