Do you cover emergency call-outs?
We build automations that help trade businesses handle emergency enquiries around the clock, including our AI receptionist, which answers calls and flags genuine emergencies straight to the business owner's phone, even outside normal hours.
Do you work with businesses outside Worthing?
Yes. We're based in Worthing and visit clients across Sussex in person, but most of our automation work doesn't need us on site, so we work with small businesses across the whole of the UK.
What does a free audit actually involve?
A short set of questions about how your business currently handles calls, quotes, invoices, and email. We use it to work out exactly what's worth automating for your specific business, rather than selling a fixed package.
Do I need Microsoft 365 to work with you?
It helps, since most of what we build sits on top of Microsoft 365, but it's not essential. If you're not on it yet, that's usually one of the first things we sort out.
What is InboxMate?
InboxMate is our own AI Outlook add-in. It sorts your inbox and drafts replies in your own words, so you review and send rather than typing every reply from scratch.
Do you offer an AI receptionist for tradesmen?
Yes. It answers every call, even when you're on a job, checks your availability, and books it in or flags anything urgent straight to your phone.
Do you offer ongoing support after something is set up?
Yes. We manage and support everything we build over time, rather than setting it up and leaving you to it.
